2026 NAMS Winter Conferences

Parent-teacher conferences will occur on February 5, 2026 and February 11, 2026 from 3:00 pm to 6:55 pm.

Grade 7 Teachers

Conference Information

Our 7th grade students will be participating in Student Led Conferences to increase engagement and ownership of learning. Our Language Arts Team will be preparing kids in class to work on their speaking skills and all core teachers will help students prepare the portfolio material for each class. Unlike the traditional format where you sign up for meetings with each individual teacher, you sign up for ONE time slot and your child's four core academic teachers will rotate to you. This means your 7th grade student will attend conferences with you and he/she will lead the conference with all four of their core content teachers.

8th Grade Conferences will be scheduled from 3:00 pm until 6:55pm

Individual conference will last for 15 minutes.

To schedule your parent-teacher conferences, follow these steps:

Make sure you know who your student’s teachers are. You can find this information in Power School.
Identify which teachers you want to visit. It may not be necessary to visit all of your students’ teachers.
Visit the links below to build your conference night schedule.
As you make your selections, you can record them in your calendar or use the following template to record your schedule. (Scheduling Template for Parents)

Please note: If your student takes a class taught by a high school teacher, those teachers will only be available for conferences at the middle school on February 5, 2026. You are welcome to schedule a conference with them during the high school parent-teacher conference night. Those teachers will communicate that information with you via Parent Square.
